Animal Sales on MorphMarket
Payment plans are offered on orders over $500 with a 25% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Recessive genetics in the animals we produce are 100% guaranteed; however, we cannot guarantee the genetics of incomplete dominant genes in our animals EXCEPT when at least one parent was homozygous for that trait.
We have been trained to probe-sex by a veteran herpetologist; as such, the correct sex of our animals is 100% guaranteed.
Live-Animal Shipping Policy
We provide a money-back guarantee for live arrival of your animals or culture.
We only ship reptiles to FedEx hubs to minimize the amount of time the animal is in transit.
It is illegal in the United States to ship live mammals including rats and mice. However, may transport companies exist that can deliver the animals to you.
Arthropods can be held for pick-up or delivered to your door. Before shipping, we will ask if someone will be home to receive the package when it arrives to prevent exposure to extreme temperatures. If you or someone else cannot be home at that time, let us know and we will have your closest USPS post office hold your package for pickup.
Arthropods will slow down in cold temperatures, but the cold is unlikely to kill many species unless extreme. If cold, the arthropods may appear dead; allow them to slowly warm to room temperature and then observe them.
Please send us a video of the animal or culture to thevivariumsgh@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt if there are any issues. We will arrange a refund and/or replacement if appropriate. We are not responsible for postage delays or damage done while shipping.
